其实我个人感觉，很多夫妻的问题都是主要出在缺乏沟通吧，你没有和你老公表达过你的需求吧。然后把所有的重心和爱都放在别人身上，唯独忽略了最重要的自己。不过哪，在这里可能你还是没办法彻底解决你所面临的思想的困境，既然是内心深处的一些矛盾，最终而且最好的就是先从剖析自己开始，为什么你有这样或那样的原因。不过我们大多是业余的，你可以尝试去咨询下心理咨询师。能感觉到自己心理的起伏，而且正视这个起伏其实就是个不错的开端了。
